1. I agree, it doesn't prove a free-standing form BUT at least
reflects *dwai-ga: . So I better imagine that if the derivations
contains *dwai- the standalone main form was *dwai too, than to
suppose an inverse situation.

2. The Germanic word could well reflects *dw(e)i-gH-o- too.

3. We have also Alb. dej 'adv. after tomorrow' that in my opinion
reflects with a great probability a standalone form of PAlb *dwai-
('(in) two days' *dwai-di:ti: or *dwai-di:tai). So another derived
word (or even a composed word this time) that reflects PAlb *dwai-
