Not the same. The Germanic forms go back to *twiga- ~ *twi:ga-, and
don't necessarily reflect *dw(e)i-gH-o-, since *dwi-h3kW-ó-
'double-looking' and/or *dw(e)i-kó- (cf. Skt. dviká- 'consisting of
two') are equally possible. The Albanian word is obscure for lack of
better-fitting cognates. It may contain some form of the numeral "two",
perhaps even *dwoi-, but even so it proves nothing about the occurrence
of *dwoih1 as a free-standing form in Proto-Albanian.
