They do (according to both the old and new orthographic systems.
Although, they shouldn't, since in German [pf] is seen as one
phoneme (a monophonematic stop). It is a development of the
[p] in middle and South German dialects (cf. Appfel - Appel,
Pferd - Perd, Kopf - Kopp). As well as in hypercorrect forms,
e.g. Dorpf (Dorf or Dörp), Haferkampf (Haferkamp).
