Is the Macedonian sound really /k'/ (c.q. /g'/)? I've never
heard much spoken Macedonian, but when I just listened to a
pronunciation guide on the net (I forget the URL), what I
heard was indistinguishable from <c'> and <dj>. Perhaps
there are different dialect variants, like there are also
Macedonian dialects that have "Bulgarian" /s^t/ and /z^d/.
