Hamp reconstruct the compound *swHa- (Ha)(e)rsn-o/-i. I am not sure is
this Ha > H2, but I guess so, for further derivation is *swarsn-i that
later yields *där (r with dash over) > derr. According to him, perhaps
*sw- developed after in *shu- (as s in other contexts) > zhw (to zh
before voiced C, cf. gozhdë > /dzh/w (africate before semivowel, as in
Italian) > *zw (sibilant – as in North Italian) > elimination of
affticate, zh > medial z (<(-)dy) but zhv->*dw- > d (as in degë, xerk,
gozhdë, xhesh).

Note: /sh/ and /zh/ transcripted as in Albanian. Second part of
compound is PIE root *ers- 'to be in motion' (cf. Eng. race, Lat.
errare < *ersa:-, Skt. rishi 'poet, seer' like mea parvitas,
maharishi, even I am not yet translated into Romanian.

Maybe this will help.
