Latin De-bilis (Faible)

*****GK: In Ukrainian "Debelyi" means precisely the
reverse ("strong, healthy"). From a different root or
not?

Plus: something I've wondered about for some time. As
was argued, Slavic "kobyla" may be related to Latin
"caballus". Is there also a relationship between Latin
"securis" and Ukrainian "sokyra" (= axe) ? ******
