a) Place: He indicates Dacia Aureliana as the main place of Romance -
population Mainly Moesia Superior with also some pockets of more or
less Romanized populations in the North of Danube (Transylvania Plateau)
Moesia Superior is a Dacian zone (see -dava distribution) so it make
sense regarding the Romanian Substratum.
The Proto-Albanian language could be closed to Daco-Moesian or with
Illyrian : on both cases this have sense.
a.1 If Proto-Albanian is genetically linked to Romanian Substratum
there is no issue regarding the place: we are in a Daco-Moesian zone.
a.2 If Proto-Albanian is an Illyrian dialect it also has sense.
Based on the toponimy Rosetti indicates Morava River as the border
between Illyria and Dacia. So they were very close.
b) Time: He presents a historical date when the split of Common
Romanian started : Slavs/Avars invasion 602AC.
He insisted that this should have been a continuos process.
Both are in line with Rosetti/Densusianu timeframes (to note here
the "top" Romanian Linguists) => the split of the Common Romanian: took
place somewhere between sec VII - IX and Rosetti/Densusianu
locations : North to the Jiricek Line along the Danube and Timoc
Regions
Also based on my linguistic timeframes (see my message) regarding
the Albanian-Romanian Common Word List the Albanian-Romanian
Contacts "ended" at the beginning of the VII century ...
Now I think that is you turn to enumerate the linguistic and
demographic issues ...that you have asserted.
