That's a problem if one wants to attribute the aspiration in IIr.
*gaH-tHa- to the root-final laryngeal, since Olsen's theory specifically
rules out *h3. As for the Tocharian word (Toch.B kwa:-, AB ka:k-, etc.
'call out to, invite'), Adams derives it from *g^HuH-eh2- 'summon, call
up', cf. Slavic zUvati, and the IIr. word-family of Skt. hva:tar-, Av.
zba:tar-.
