With all the respect due a co-moderator, I beg to diifer. Benveniste
writes much of the semantic developments and interconnections of the
various roots and complexes of roots he discusses. I thought
discussing the development of the referents of various roots was OK,
as long as I didn't stray away from actual roots? But you're the
(sub-)boss, of course.
