Jasanov

Does anyone know Jasanov's book "Hittite and the IE verb"? I saw it in a
bookshop, put it back for a moment to recover from the shock of the price,
and when I came back someone else had bought it! I didn't have time to see
if it was a helpful exploration or merely tendentious. Is it one I should
track down through the libraries?
