this "p�lcas" remember me of Rom. "pleca" ( to break out, to leave ). From
the semantic aspect , I guess Latin "plicare" is not cognate here. The
question remains why Alb "c" (ts) for Rom. "c" (k) but this question is not
related to the metathesis of the liquids.
The another word (p�lqej) which appears to be from Latin shows the well
known change: Latin "ce-", Rom. "c^e-", Alb. "qe", thus here the phonetic
changes work regulary.
