<width> can also be [wItT].

<length> can also be [leNT] (Chambers, Concise Oxford Dictionary 4th
edition) and [lenT]. I'm not certain of [lenT], but I believe it's
behind the spelling <lenth> one occasionally encounters in
handwritten notices.
