They're not, as I already explained. The combining form is u-, with regular loss of final /r/.

The pronunciation is [TaraGóTa], with non-fricative, approximant [G]. Occasionally, it may sound or be rendered as [TaraóTa], but it's highly unlikely a native speaker will ever pronounce a glottal stop here (or anywhere else).
