Except that near as I can judge with Leiden down, it mostly
ends up meaning 'roof': Gk <(s)tégos>, Lith <stógas>, OPr
<stogis>, OIc <þak>, OE <þæc>, OHG <dak>, Lat <te:ctum>,
Welsh <to>.
