Yes. I believe this reconstruction is based on Lith. (Baltic) "il" in such cases (leaving aside the problem of sporadic "ul" - about 30% cases - in both languages).

do you intend to say that pie "l."  has its reflex in Proto-Slavonic
as "il" and not "li"?
