There are three roots in *sekW-: *sekW-1 'to follow'. *sekW-2 'to
perceive, see' and *sekW-3 'to say, utter'.
To my view, *sekW-1 'to follow' yields Alb. gjuej/gjuaj 'to hunt,
shoot' < gjuonj < gjounj < *so:nyo < *sokW-enyo. <gjah> 'hunt(ing),
shoot(ing)', derived from suffixed o-grade form *sokW-so.
Derivatives includes also: <gjuetar> 'hunter', '<gjueti> 'hunting' ,
etc.
