Yes. But since I can see what you're driving at, let me warn you that
old *st (or *sVt with a syncopated unstressed vowel) can be assumed as
the source of <sht> only in native words. The borrowed suffix -ishtë
reflects dialectal Slavic (SCr.) -is^te < *-is^c^e < *-i:skjo-.
