That's a statement of rare clarity. So you don't accept IE studies
as an empirical endeavour? And we are to go more by preconceived
ideas and not give priority to the evidence? And you wouldn't
reconstruct clicks for PIE even if you found them reflected? So none
of the click languages of South Africa comes from an older stage
that also had them? Interesting, and pleasantly easy.
