You get the prize for the weirdest question of the month. *w was a
non-syllabic consonant, and only syllabic segments can support an
accent. The choice here is between the first or the second syllable of
*duwo:, i.e. *dúwo: or *duwó:. In the latter caes the stressed vowel
would have given Mod.Alb. /e/.
