No, I cannot. There is nothing sure about Thracian & Dacian in the main
consonatic problems.
As for Albanian, even if a living language there is too a lot unknown
for its inherited lexicon.

So long we don't know what happened to kW/gW and if we have
palatalisation of *k-groups and *g-groups when followed by /a/, /o/, /u/
there cannot be done too much.
