for explaining the first "r" from Rom. "armãsar", Alb. "harmëshor" (
yes, this form is too in Alb.) one will try to explain trough
assimilation of Latin "d" to "r" . One can try.
but the "h" which is to find in Albanian and in Rom. reg. "harmãsar"
cannot be explained trough Latin. This regarding the phonology.
Regarding the semantism: it fits (Zuchtpferd)

admissarius: Clasical Latin. vulgar and Late Latin: e:mmisa:rius,
trough folks etymology ( emissio seminis ). Admissarius should be a
derivative from "admitto"
