Abur is a Romanian word. We don't know how its
substrate ancestor was. We know that its close
relationship is represented by Albanian avull.
A remote relation might be Lat. vapor.

This is not fair, considering your passionate
tending to see in almost everything the continuation
of some Thracian or Dacian-Mysian idiom(s). To
you, the severance of all ties and reconstruction
attempts of bridges to Latium and Italy would be
an ideal thing. :^)
