I wish I could, but I can't! The only person authorised to change the layout
of the home page is Cyril Babaev, the list-owner, who hasn't actively
participated in our discussions for a couple of years (or so). I haven't
been able to get in touch with him, though according to recent rumours he's
still alive and active somewhere else.
