well torna does not mean " turn back" but "ras-turna" means to turn
over, to turn down.
In teh episode mentioned with "torna, torna fratre"... there has been
the luggage of the soldier which has been turned down, thus the word
"rasturna" makes sense . The Latin "torna" means " to turn" which does
not make sense with the luggage falling down. Accepting that these who
spoked have been as per oficial view PR-s, then the other around them
could understand just the end :"-turn" which they corelated with Latin
order "turn back".

Oh ! that is your problem? Trough the examples I gave, I just wanted to
show the res,- and ras- in Dacian already and the explanation of rom.
"rãs-" as being from Slavic "raz-, ras-" ( BTW, what should mean this
compound element in Slavic?)
Obviously I don't belive in the relation rescuporis > rãscumpãr and
rescuturme > rescutura. But just for fun, how clear will render the
Greeks the "mp/mb" groups ?
