It's a trivial point, but shouldn't the Greek actually be
<ekkle:sia kyriake:> rather than <kyriakos>? (I'm not
fussing about the vowels, just about the gender of the
adjective, which I think was also Torsten's concern.)

The OED s.v. <church> notes that Constantine named several
churches built by him <kyriaká>.
