You must have been calquing on something else. *<Vxod
zapres^c^ajets'a> would be an ill-suited construction in Russian as
well. <zapres^c^ajets'a> in that context normally goes with
infinitives (<po gazonam xodit' zapres^c^ajets'a>) only. <Vxod> would
normally go with a past passive participle (as in Polish): <vxod
vospres^c^ën>.
Lithuanian, for what it's worth, prefers, as usual, a verb to a noun:
<i,eiti draudz^iama>, lit. '(it is) prohibited to enter'.
