Not only my opinions, but also the opinions of the others, especially
of Cimohowski and similar giants, is that Illyrian, like Albanian, is
satem language with obvious ingredient of centum.

IE languages in Mediterranean Europe: Lusitanian-Ligurian-Venetian
(an archaic group akin to Italo-Celtic?).
