Well, you might be right. The position of that "thing" is
somehow unnatural for a weapon. One should have a closer
look, to see exactly what the artists wanted to figure out.

That particular fellow has dubious clothing making his'
ethnicity not very clear. Since he is in the Dacian group,
I agree he should be probably Dacian.
