Even less politically correct, if you replace a fifth of the
population of an industrialised country with people from third world
countries, the average technical level of compentence in that country
will of course approach that of a third world country, no matter how
logical the language is. There goes Ericsson. Compare with the Romans
granting hospitalitas within their borders to the Goths.
