If someone doesn't mind, could you explain this Latin sentence to
me?:

Tempora nostra nunc sunt mala; vitia nostra, magna.

I don't have a problem translating, just with the fact that there is only
one verb (the "to be" verb sunt- "they are/there are"), which would make
the second part of the sentence (after the semi-colon) without a verb,
and thus incomplete. So I don't understand the word placement.
Can words from the second part of the sentence (after the semi-colon) be
placed with the first part of the semi-colon, and vice-versa, or should
they be treated as seperate sentences?

If anyone can help, that would be splendid!
