Strange question:
In spanish: no hablo (este idioma) or no sé hablar (este idioma)
In catalan: no parlo (aquesta llengua) or no sé parlar (aquesta llengua)
In french: je ne parle pas ...
In german: ich kann nicht ...
In italian: io non parlo...

In classic or antiques languages I don't know. I can't speak them, I
just translate.
