There is no such a thing as "unique" Aromanian form. The word
is to be found in several phonetic variants, one of them being
quoted by me. Other possible forms: /f&meae/, /f&meal'&/. The
form /fumeal'&/ is rather specific to Megleno-Romanian, but it's
to be found also in Aromanian.

I don't get your point. There is no /fumeye/ in Daco-Romanian,
one can find /f&me(a)ye/ or /fime(a)(y)e/ as subdialectal forms.

familia > /f&me(a)l'&/ > /f&mey&/ > /f&meye/ > /femeye/ (that is
Daco-Romanian usual form). Other evolutions are of course late and
subdialectal.
