I think <caiso-> = *gaiso- (= Gmc. gaiza-) 'spear', cf. Gaiseric the Vandal.

Not sure about <lugn->. Perhaps 'bent, crooked' (cf. Gmc. *lukka-, ON personal name Lokki).
