This word is present even in Albanian "çoban". But it doesn´t have
the same meaning as "vllah". "Çoban" could be called any shepherd,
alternative "barí".

I can not come to any similar word used in modern Albanian that would
completely match any of the words above.

I spontanously thought about the word "dhándri" (Geg dialect) which
means 'the husband'.

Also, only if it helps, in Geg 'nán' means 'under'.
'Dru' means 'wood'.
'Na' is equal to the phrase 'here you have it', 'here, take it' or if
you beat somebody 'here, get what you deserve'.
