the upside-down <h> in IPA. The same sound as at the start of huit.

I said Glen is right that <lui> is not with [u] and is monosyllabic, as
opposed to <Louis>. Your upside-down <h> (I thought this was represented by
Piotr's [Y]?) is not very different from [w], is it?
