For Chadic, a reconstruction like *<p.wat.> (or *<fwad.>) seems to be
in the right ballpark.
In Egyptian, /f/ usually comes from PAA */p./ (ejective labial).
E.g.: <`ff> "fly" :: Sem. *<d_bb> "fly"; <sfxw> "7" :: Sem. <sb3=t>
"7". Occasionally, <f> can reflect (labialized) */h/ or */s^/.

*-s^u.
Full details in e.g. Loprieno pp. 63-67. Old Egyptian had the
following personal pronominal markers:
suffix enclitic independent stative
1. -j (*-aj) *-wj (*-wVj) jnk (*?anaku) -kj
2m. -k (*-ku) *-kw (*-kuw) ntk (*?antaku) -tj
2f. -T (*-ki) *-Tm (*-kim) ntT (*?antaki) ,,
3m. -f (*-su) *-sw (*-suw) ntf (*?antasu) -j
3f. -s (*-si) *-sj (*-sij) nts (*?antasi) -tj
1d. -nj (*-inij) --
2d. -Tnj (*-kinij) -- -twnj
3d. -snj (*-sinij) ntsnj (*?antasinij) -wj
1p. -n (*-ina) jnn (*?anana) -wjn
2p. -Tn (*-kina) ntTn (*?antakina) -twjn
3p. -sn (*-sina) ntsn (*?antasina) -wj, f. -tj
Additionally, early Eg. had independent pronouns singular 2m. <Twt>,
2f. <Tmt>, 3m. <swt>, 3f. <stt> (i.e. enclitic form + -Vt(V)). Later
Egyptian added a proclitic series (twj-, twk-/twt-, sw-/st-; twn-,
twtn-, st-).
