The following are not in prosody:

For Iliad's Homer:
Theos odontas edOken; Theos alfita dOsei.
or,
Theos odontas edOken; Theos alfiton dOsei.

For Odyssey's Homer (and henceforth):
Theos odontas edOken; Theos arton dOsei.
or
Theos odontas edOken; Theos dOsei arton.

'O' is evidently an omega.
'Bread' is not so certain in Iliad. -
