I'm aware of the -din part. But is "glyn" a native IE word in Celtic, I wonder, just for the sake of moot curiosity? I don't know IE-Celtic relationships very well.
*glen(d)- is all-Celtic. I don't know any IE cognates (English glen is a loan from Scottish Gaelic, I think).Piotr
