I don't know about Gath, but the ruler of Ashkelon in the Amarna letters
has a name (Widia) which is regarded as Aryan by some authorities. Several
rulers of other principalities in Palestine mentioned in the Amarna letters
have transparently Aryan names (e. g. Indaruta of Achshaph). The ruler of
Jerusalem (Abdu-Heba) has a hurritic name.
