I now know of another script using these marks. They're used in some
Pali examples written in the (Southern) Shan script in another of
Michael Everson's informative proposals. I hope it will soon be
posted as http://std.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/wg2/docs/n3044.pdf .
