Sure, of course it is. But so is learning any high level language, and
doing it well. From my point of view, I can hire good programmers to do
either with very little trouble. So can anyone else, so I don't really
want to get into a religious war here about it.

OK maybe my question wasn't clear then - this is only a partial answer.
I meant, if you have a bad document, and it crashes Windows, then, if
the bug is in a piece of code shared across platforms (such as a buffer
overflow or whatever) then it might or might not exhibit bad behavior on
multiple platforms. Or it could be pointing up a bug in the Windows API.

So then has this been submitted as a bug yet? What sort of formatting or
characters or both does there need to be to make this happen?
