Oh well, offer stands to anyone else. I think standard Post Office
shipping would be about 7 bucks. Doubt the book is that cheap, but still
shipping plus the book would be a lot less then $65. Contact me off list

Who is "he"? Anyway, it seems to me like you are approaching a similar
