Arial Unicode MS is not a font that's included with Windows. The Windows
core fonts as of Windows XP support WGL-4 and more. The core fonts in
the next version of Windows will support *way* more characters (I forget
the exact number, but I know it's more than 2,500 characters).

Windows codepage 1250 supports Hungarian. That's a different question
from what languages Windows fonts support. The Windows core fonts
support a pretty large number of languages.
