Any program implementing the Unicode Bidirectional Algorithm should have
*exactly* 62 embedding levels, not one more and not one less. See:

(BTW: all it takes to implement the required 62 levels is a 62-byte array,
so this is not something I would advertise as a paramount "feature":-)
