The only info I've seen was an article by Joanne Marie something -- the
link that's provided at the URL you gave; except that she no longer has
her article up on the web. (That may be my fault -- perhaps I need to
repent of intellectual arrogance. She got on the Unicode list to start
promoting the idea that Camion Code would be a wonderful orthography for
languages of Europe. It was a horrible idea -- it would make an absolutely
horrible orthography for any language -- and I pointed out reasons why her
idea wasn't so great. That dialog lasted a few days and I've never heard
from her since. Maybe a year and a half later, I went looking for her
article at that URL, and it was gone. I may have jumped on her too hard
and caused her to run and hide.)
