Recently, some members suggested that
Qalam should have a rule specifying
which character set should be used for
posting.
I don't see why I should (and how I
could) enforce such a rule but,
nevertheless, I could use my mighty
moderator powers for *suggesting* a
character set on the web page and in
the welcome message.
Should I decide to do this, o member,
which character set doest thou suggest
Seshat to suggest?

o UTF-8 (ASCII-friendly Unicode)
o Latin-1 (Western European set)
