They, too, are totally different characters. U+4ECC is the original form of
cong2, 'follow' U+5F9E, whereas U+4ECE is the original form of bing1,
'frigid-freeze' (Kangxi #15). Like automorphic v. brachymorphic forms, they
present a question how on how to represent two standard forms of the same
thing, in this case,'original' v. 'later' forms.
