For the mp3 file, i.e.
http://www.geocities.com/arr1r/engeenathu.gif
right click on the link and click on "Save target as", during/after
the save change the filename to <anything>.mp3
I've just checked and crosswinds.net doesn't allow direct linking to
the ram file, that means I'll have to download it elsewhere and give
you the link soon.
