Thank you for this. I have passed it on to Rob Moult. Rob had been thinking
of undertaking a translation himself but he would have to learn Pāli first.
However, it appears that meditation pracitce is what he has his heart set on
the most. Rob did some editing work on the English of A. Thitzana's recently
published Kaccāyana Pāli Grammar.
I read in DPPN, that Buddhadatta, the author of Abhidh-av, is said to have
met Buddhaghosa.
