Thanks for this. Ole Holten Pind just published a new edition of Kaccāyana and Kaccāyanavutti in 2013, but I see this is also a translation. The only other translation I am aware of is one done by d'Alwis in 1863 (in English) and Senart in 1871 (in French), so a new one is defintely needed. Kacc was (as Dr. Pind says) a compilation of various works dated to post-Buddhaghosa (6th, 7th century) times and very different from a Western grammar. It consists of four sections on sandhi, nouns, verb and kit suffixes. Many of the sandhi rules Kacc gives I have never seen state explicitly in Western grammars. Jim Anderson has studied Kacc and its commentaries quite extensively and would have a better idea than me,

I have heard about this Pali Grammar Work - that it is traditional Pali Grammar teaching document during thousand year.  However, my question is that:  does it has any different approach or opinion compared with common western Pali Grammar textbooks and documents?  In my imagination, the western scholars have certainly researched it and synthesize its valuable contents into their works
